Development projects in the segments
Eyemaxx can rely on many years of experience in the field of logistics within the CEE region. Renowned international logistics companies with a large distribution network are amongst its lessees and partners.
Portfolio properties
The Eyemaxx Real Estate Group holds selected projects in its own portfolio. Apart from attractive developer returns on investment, this secures at the same time the generation of ongoing revenues from rental income. In this way the Eyemaxx Real Estate Group has a second, secure mainstay on the market. In 2016 the portfolio rental income was doubled through further acquisitions.
Business operations based on two pillars
The business operations of Eyemaxx are based on two pillars. These include on the one hand high-yield projects and on the other hand an ongoing extension of portfolio properties (commercial focus), which generate rental income and hence steady cash flows. Eyemaxx relies on the expert knowledge of an experienced management, together with a strong team of real estate professionals and an established, broad network which opens up additional access to attractive real properties and projects.
The shares of Eyemaxx Real Estate AG are listed in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
