Listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2011, the EYEMAXX Group has been successfully realising profitable real estate projects for over 20 years: Its long-standing track record is characterised by numerous attractive projects completed in Austria, Germany and CEE/SEE countries that were then generally sold to institutional end-investors.
Residential properties in Germany and Austria, in the mid- to upper segment, form a younger business area of the EYEMAXX Group. In most cases, projects will be developed and utilised in cooperation with local partners. In this respect, particular attention is paid to sustainable concepts in construction and functionality, as well as to the optimal mix and to the location.

Urban quarter development
Since 2016, urban quarter developments in Germany have been part of the corporate strategy of EYEMAXX Real Estate. For example, in Berlin Schönefeld, near the new airport, more than 1,000 apartments will be built by 2024 with a floor space of approximately 68,000 square meters and approximately 36,000 square meters of office space.

The EYEMAXX Group is already implementing projects in this attractive segment together with partners in Germany.

Since 2017, this growth segment has also been part of the EYEMAXX strategy.
Nursing and Retirement Homes
Particularly in second-tier and third-tier cities in Germany, there is a strong demand for both nursing homes and retirement homes. The EYEMAXX Group aims to implement an increased number of projects in this sector. Properties are secured and projects are realised in cooperation with a provider and local decision makers. The ensured basis at the start of the project makes it possible to present secured good development yields already in the preliminary stages.

Speciality Shop / Retail
The EYEMAXX Group has made a name for itself particularly in the retail park and shopping centre sector: since 2001 about two to three projects from this sector have been completed every year. Special attention is paid to optimal location selection, which always guarantees cooperation with big international brands as anchor tenants. Depending on location, the investment volume ranges from EUR 5 million to EUR 20 million. This way, 17 retail parks with an area of more than 100,000 square metres have been successfully completed by the end of 2013.

In the logistics sector, the EYEMAXX Group can also score top marks, thanks to its long-time experience: in addition to the projects developed and sold in Romania and Slovakia, the EYEMAXX Group holds six properties from this sector in its own portfolio in Germany and Austria. Many well-respected international logistics providers and brands with comprehensive sales are clients of the EYEMAXX Group.

The EYEMAXX Group holds selected projects in its own portfolio. This enables us to generate not only attractive development yields, but also recurring revenue from rental income. This way, the EYEMAXX Group has gained a strong foothold in the market. In 2016 a significal expansion of asset portfolio lead to an annual rental income dublication.
Built-To-Suit / Mixed-Use
Our "built-to-suit" and "mixed-use" projects round off the range of the EYEMAXX Group. We develop projects directly for the client: from acquisition of the land plots up to the handover of keys, we will take over all tasks and act as a link between the client and all services required for implementation.
